Right from before I could really read or write I have always said that I wanted ‘to work in the media’ I always assumed that this would mean being some kind of writer as that was the form of ‘media’ I had ready access to and was able to start doing at home without a need for any fancy, expensive equipment. As it happened radio broadcasting became more accessible to me when I was older and I also enjoy this but I have always written. I may not be the most thrilling or polished writer or always spell things correctly but I have been told that what I write is enjoyable and informative and this has always been a great encouragement (who doesn't like it when people say nice things about them!).

Below is a list of things I have written and had published, hopefully I will be adding more to it soon, and below that is a list of things I have written and published myself. Please contact me if you would like anymore details about any of these.

Quail: a hatching & rearing guide

I have kept quail on and off since I was 12 years old, and my mother kept them when I was younger than that, this guide contents some of what I have learnt about keeping quail over the years; the equipment you need if you are going to start hatching quail eggs, what you should know before you start buying eggs to hatch, setting up your incubator and brooder and how to look after your chicks after they have hatched.

This guide is 8 A4 pages long, £2 (delivered by email)
